Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact us at info@xvzstore.com with your order number for any problem. Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers and damaged products through customer mishandling.

To start the return process, please include the following information:

• Proof of purchase
• Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
• Complete delivery address
• Contact telephone number

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  201, Unit 36, Ban Tian Di San Gong Ye Qu, Ban Tian Jie Dao, Shenzhen, 518131 Guangdong, China.

For returned items, defective items will receive a full refund, including shipping charges incurred for the return. For non-defective items, only the cost of the items will be refunded and return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@xvzstore.com and we will provide you with further instructions.

REFUNDS

Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.).
